We currently have two SIL vacancies in our Drayton, Toowoomba home that may suit someone looking for an vibrant, long-term place to live with the right balance of independence and support.
This home may be suited to:
An NDIS participant aged 25–35 years
Someone approved for 1:3 SIL funding, which will be delivered by Well Life
Someone seeking a long-term living arrangement
A person comfortable sharing a home with 1 male co-tenant
Someone who values routine, stability, and a supportive environment
Not every home suits every person and that’s okay. Our goal is to support the right match.
Daily Life in our Drayton SIL
This is a non-SDA property located in a quiet area of Drayton, within walking distance to local shops.
The home offers:
A private bedroom with private ensuite
Reverse cycle air conditioning in the bedroom and living areas
A good-sized shared kitchen
Shared living spaces designed for everyday comfort
The property is set up for a 1:3 funding ratio, with 24/7 care provided by Well Life (subject to participant funding).
Support that builds independence
Supported Independent Living at Well Life isn’t about doing things for people. It’s about supporting people to build confidence, skills, and autonomy in everyday life.
SIL support options may include:
Assistance with daily routines
Shared household support
Encouragement to build independence at a comfortable pace
Support delivered in line with approved NDIS funding
