Play Therapy Toowoomba

Listening to children in their natural language

Unlike adults who process their feelings through words, children process their feelings through play. Play Therapy gives children a voice through play, which is the most developmentally appropriate way to help them express their feelings, process, grow, and heal.

Play is a child's natural language

When something is hard to talk about, they act it out, build it, destroy it, or play through it.

Play Therapy provides a safe, structured space where children can express what they’re feeling and work through challenges, without needing to explain everything in words.
