In-home care Toowoomba

Practical, personal support that helps clients live with safety, dignity and independence

Whether someone needs a hand with daily tasks, support attending appointments, or help staying connected to their routines and community, our Lifestyle Support Workers are here to help.

We provide in-home and community-based support for people living with disability.

Working with them,
not just doing things for them

Our in-home or community care supports are always tailored to the person’s goals, preferences and capacity, with a focus on building trust and consistency.

That means our support workers show up when they say they will, take the time to understand each client’s needs, and create a calm, respectful presence in their daily life.

Who we support

We assist NDIS participants and NIISQ clients who need support to manage day-to-day tasks or maintain independence at home and in the community.

This service can also work alongside clinical services like Occupational Therapy or Positive Behaviour Support, as part of a person’s broader care plan.
