About Abby
Abby is an Occupational Therapist at Well Life Services, joining the team in early 2026. She brings experience from both community and inpatient mental health settings, where she has supported individuals with diverse psychosocial needs.
Through her work, Abby has developed a strong understanding of how to support clients in building capacity, strengthening everyday skills, and growing independence in a way that feels practical and achievable.
Abby is committed to person-centred, evidence-informed practice, taking a thoughtful and strengths-focused approach to supporting clients across home, work, and community environments.

Abby has a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults, supporting them to engage more confidently in their daily lives. She is passionate about helping individuals work towards meaningful goals that reflect what matters most to them.
With a calm and considered approach, Abby works alongside clients to build practical strategies that support long-term independence and wellbeing. She focuses on creating supportive, structured pathways that help individuals feel more capable, confident, and in control.
